The validators have started to deploy version 0.53.2 to their nodes. In order for the Vega network to become operational and start producing blocks there needs to be a 66.6666667% consensus power; the network is currently at 65% so additional validators are still needed.
The project team will update again once this threshold is reached or if further issues occur.
